Almost all the documents are required to be attested by the Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and could be got attested at MOFA, Islamabad including its camp offices in all the provincial capitals i.e. Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.
Requirements for Attestation of Documents in original along with copies as detailed below.

Applicant’s presence in person with text of POA in duplicate; two recent passport size photographs with white background; Passport with resident visa/Emirates ID; Copy of CNIC of Attorney.
SSC, Matriculation certificates issued from Pakistan’s educational institutions,
Applicants’ presence in person; any other person should be with authority letter duly signed with thumb impression.
HSSC/Intermediate/University Degrees issued by educational institutions/universities in Pakistan
Applicants’ presence in person, in case of any other, should be with authority letter duly signed with thumb impression.
Police Character Certificates
Applicants’ presence in person along with certificate in original.
Original Driving License with NOC from issuing authority duly attested by MoFA.
Attestation Requirements to Gift a Vehicle by the Overseas Pakistani to their families/blood Relatives.
Presence in person in the Consulate along with Passport in original.
Colored copies of Passport and copies of those pages having Exit/Entry stamps to prove more than 700 days stay abroad will be attested.
Copy of CNIC to whom a vehicle is being gifted.
Fee to be charged in cash @ AED 20/- per page of each passport page to be attested
AED 20/- per page.
Note:- Gift Undertaking Form will not be required any more.
Applicant’s presence in person with text of Affidavit in duplicate and a copy of passport with valid visa.
Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC),
Divorce Registration Certificate (DRC) and Birth Registration Certificates (BRC), etc.
MRC, DRC & BRC in original with presence of any of the parental/couple.
Unmarried/single certificate issued by the union council concerned
Certificate in original with presence in person/authorized individual with authority letter.
Documents issued by the UAE authorities
All documents issued by the UAE authorities are required to be attested by MoFA of UAE.
All other categories of documents are examined on case to case basis for attestation/counter attestation.
Fee will be decided according to document’s category
