• Applicant’s presence in person

In case of a Dual National Applicant  POC/NICOP Card and Dual Passport is Required. 

Note: In the case of the deceased parent’s property POA, a Photocopy of the succession certificate is mandatory.

• In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad.

• Original Certificate duly attested by the local technical board, National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC),and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Pakistan
• One Photocopy of the certificate
• One Photocopy of  Passport/NICOP
• Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant.
• In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad.

• Original Certificate duly attested by the British Council, ACCA, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Pakistan
• One Photocopy of the certificate
• One Photocopy of  Passport/NICOP
• Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant.
• In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad.

• Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant.
• In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad.

• Original Degree duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
• 1 Photocopy of the Degree
• 1 Photocopy of  Passport/NICOP
• Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant.
• In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad. 

• Applicant’s presence in person
• Original Certificate duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
• Original Certificate issued from Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai UAE

• Original Valid Driving License
• NOC from issuing authority duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan

• Applicant must be overseas Pakistani and can only gift the vehicle to their family/Blood Relatives.
• Applicant’s presence is mandatory
• Original Passport
• One colored photocopy of the Passport
• Colored Photocopies of all those pages having Exit/Entry stamps of Pakistan Airport to prove more than 700 days of stay abroad will be attested
• Copy of CNIC to whom a vehicle is being gifted
• Fee: AED 40/- per page for each page of the passport  Note:- Gift Undertaking Form will not be required any more.

• 2 copies of typed application of Affidavit mentioning engine number, chassis number, and model number of the car

Note: Applicant will submit manual biometrics at the Consulate

Note: In the case of a NOC or authority letter for the passport of children, a copy of the birth certificate and marriage certificate is also required.

• 1 Photocopy of the Visa page or Emirates IDI
• Photocopy of passport and NIC of the person who needs sponsorship/relationship proof
• Marriage Certifcate / FRC are required to proof relation

Note: If the affidavit is a requirement of the UAE government/authorities, it needs to be in Arabic and English language side by side.

Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC),

Divorce Registration Certificate (DRC) and Birth Registration Certificates (BRC), etc.

• Original MRC, DRC,or BRC certificate duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
• The physical presence of any of the parents/couple
• 1 Photocopy of Passport or NICOP
• 1 Photocopy of the Certificate 

• OriginalUnmarried or Single Certificate duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
• Applicant’s physical presence or authorized individual with authority letter.
• 1 Photocopy of Passport or NICOP
• 1 Photocopy of the Certificate 

• All documents issued by the UAE authorities are required to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE first only then we can attest them.
• 1 Photocopy of Passport , NICOP or PRO Card 
• 1 Photocopy of the All Documents

• All other categories of documents are examined on a case-to-case basis for attestation/counter-attestation.
• The fee will be decided according to the document’s category.
