Requirements for Attestation of various Documents
- In most cases, the applicant’s presence along with the original documents is mandatory.
- Working hours of the Attestation department are Monday to Thursday 07 am to 01 pm and on Friday 07am to 11 pm. Please note that working hours may differ on public holidays or during Ramadan.
- Photocopy and typing facilities are available at the consulate premises.
- Most documents are required to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Pakistan,and can be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office in Islamabad, andit’s camp offices in all the provincial capitals, i.e., Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Gujrat
- Cash or credit cards may be used to pay the attestation fee at the counter.

• Gift Undertaking • Applicant must be overseas Pakistani and can only gift the vehicle to their family/Blood Relatives. • Applicant’s presence is mandatory • Original Passport • Colored copies of Passport, NICOP/CNIC and Emirates ID Card • Colored Photocopies of all those pages having Exit/Entry stamps of Pakistan Airport to prove more than 700 days of stay abroad will be attested • Colored copy of Pakistani ID Card of Giftee (both sides) • Fee: AED 40/- per page for each page of the passport Note:- A typed gift proforma will be required.
