Counsellor (Trade & Investment)
Mr. Ali Zeb Khan is a civil servant who joined Pakistan Customs Service in 2006. Before joining as Counsellor (Trade & Investment) at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai, he served on various positions in the department of Pakistan Customs pertaining to Appraisement & Enforcement wings, revenue collection, tariff, trade facilitation and digital reforms from 2008-2023.
During his career, he actively joined multiple cross border trade conferences and training courses including World Customs Organization (WCO) at Belgium, Automation of Customs Administrations of the SAARC countries at India, Financial Techniques with US Department of Treasury and Homeland Security at Washington, USA.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Development (MITD) from Adelaide University, Australia and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. He is experienced in the subjects of International Trade Law, Trade Diplomacy and Trade Negotiations, Public Finance and Tax Management.
