The Pakistan Pavilion was inaugurated at the World Health Exhibition (WHX) 2026, formerly known as Arab Health, at South Hall 3, Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), Expo City Dubai, held from 9 to 12 February 2026. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Ali Zeb Khan, Trade & Investment Counsellor, and Mr. Muhammad Saleh, Press Counsellor, Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai, along with representatives of participating Pakistani companies.

The Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai organized an event at its premises to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day 2026. Many Pakistani and Kashmiri community members based in the UAE attended the gathering. Messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of Pakistan, highlighting Pakistan’s firm commitment to the Kashmir cause were read out during the event. Addressing the gathering, H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General underscored that the Kashmir issue remains a core humanitarian and principled concern for Pakistan. He emphasized that the right to self-determination of the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) is an internationally recognized right, enshrined in the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, and must be realized through peaceful and democratic means.

The event was organized by the Pakistan Business Council (PBC) Sharjah to strengthen engagement between the Government of Pakistan and overseas Pakistani entrepreneurs. H.E. The Consul General congratulated and appreciated the organizers for showcasing Pakistan’s artistic and cultural wealth on an international platform. He said that Dubai is a hub for multicultural engagement, noting that UAE provides unique spaces and opportunities where diverse cultures converge, interact, and are celebrated.
