







The Consulate General of Pakistan in collaboration with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), hosted the Pakistan-United Arab Emirates Trade Conference 2025 at the Pakistan Association Dubai. The event brought together a distinguished gathering of international delegates, Pakistani exhibitors participating in Gulfood 2025 and key stakeholders from the business community.






The Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai’s cricket team emerged victorious in the 9th Diplomatic Cup (Cricket Championship 2025), defeating Bangladesh in the final match held on February 9, 2025. The Pakistani team maintained an unbeaten record throughout the tournament that featured teams from eight diplomatic missions, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom and the United States.



A delegation of the Bohra business community based in the UAE called on H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General at the Consulate General of Pakistan, today. Mr. Ali Zeb Khan, Trade & Investment Counsellor was also present during the meeting held with the delegation.


















The Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai organized an event at its premises to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day 2025. A large number of Pakistani and Kashmiri community members based in the UAE attended the gathering. Messages from the President, Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of Pakistan, highlighting Pakistan’s firm commitment to the Kashmir cause were read out during the event. In his remarks, H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General underscored the significance of the day in drawing global attention to the United Nations Security Council’s resolutions. He emphasized that India continues to deny the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK) their fundamental right to self-determination, freedom and dignity, in violation of international law and humanitarian principles.







Extreme Hangout Dubai in collaboration with Earth Warriors and the Pakistan Youth Forum brought together climate advocates, change-makers, and the community to highlight the importance of climate action and promote sustainable solutions during an event held in Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD). The event began with a symbolic tree-plantation ceremony, led by H.E Hussain Muhammad, Consul General and Dr. Faisal Ikram, President of PAD.



Consul General Meets Pakistan Business Council Dubai’s Members H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General held a meeting with the new Board of Pakistan Business Council (PBC) Dubai at the Consulate General of Pakistan, today. Mr. Shabbir Merchant, Chairman of the PBC introduced the newly inducted members and shared the council’s strategic roadmap for 2025-2026. Mr. Merchant stated that PBC aims to strengthen the relationship between Pakistan and UAE through collaborative efforts in trade, investment and cultural exchanges. He added that the Council is committed to avail opportunities for mutual growth and foster a deeper connection between the two nations. Congratulating the new board, H.E. Hussain Muhammad extended his best wishes to the members and appreciated PBC’s efforts in promoting Pakistan’s economic potential in the UAE. He encouraged them to take concrete steps towards enhancing bilateral trade and investment between Pakistan and the UAE. The Consul General emphasized the need for business leaders to explore opportunities in Pakistan’s diverse sectors, including IT, manufacturing, agriculture and tourism. He said that Pakistan offers immense potential for investment and trade, with Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) established as a single window to facilitate investors. He urged the Pakistan Business Council to act as a bridge for creating new partnerships and expanding existing ones. The Consul General assured the council of the Consulate’s support and reaffirmed the mission’s commitment to strengthening the Pakistan-UAE relationship. The meeting was also attended by Ali Zeb Khan, Trade & Investment Counsellor and other senior officials of the Consulate and members of the PBC.



Harvard University’s International Relations Council (IRC), in collaboration with WorldView Education, organized the Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN) Dubai 2025 from January 11 to 13 at Le Meridien Hotel & Conference Center. The event brought together over 1,000 students representing 73 institutions from 48 countries.
