H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai, attended the launch ceremony of Pakistani author Saniya Chughtai’s pre-teen fantasy novel Marni Khan and the Ancient Silk Route, the first book in her new series The Rise of the Energy Warriors. The book was officially launched at the Sharjah International Book Fair. The Consul General appreciated the author for showcasing the creativity, imagination, and strength of the Pakistani people, noting that the book inspires unity and confidence among young readers. He stated that the novel offers culturally rooted literature that ignites a passion for reading. Mr. Hussain further remarked that the book highlights Pakistan’s diverse regions and natural wonders, while also presenting a positive image of Pakistan to international audiences through imaginative fiction.

H.E. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai, inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, being held from 4th to 6th November at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Mr. Ali Zeb Khan, Trade & Investment Counsellor, Mr. Shabbir Merchant, Chairman Pakistan Business Council Dubai along with Pakistani exhibitors were present at the inauguartion ceremony.
The Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai, observed Kashmir Black Day to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). The event was attended by members of the Kashmiri and Pakistani communities residing in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Kashmir Black Day marks 27th October 1947, the day when Indian troops illegally entered Jammu and Kashmir, occupying the territory against the will of its people. This day is remembered as a dark chapter in history and a symbol of the Kashmiri people’s unyielding struggle for their inalienable right to self-determination, as enshrined in the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
